0 Tibi 2012 Pre-Fall Collection
14:36
I have never been a huge fan of androgynous fashion however I love Tibi's 2012 pre-fall collection. Tibi's head designer Amy Smilovic combines simple silhouettes a flash of neon mixed with a beautiful silk print that makes the collection a little more feminine. A colourful printed silk scarf would bring to life some of the more muted pieces!
0 Mulberry's Delicious SS12 Shoot
15:53
I love this Mulberry shoot! Shot at the iconic Brighton Pier it screams quintessential Britishness! Being a British brand is very important to Yaelle scarves. Yaelle scarves are proud to be made in Britain!
The Mulberry SS12 shoot was photographed by Tim Waker.
Playfully oversized sticks of rock and melted ice cream sets the scene perfectly for the Great British summer. This delicious range of Mulberry bags against this fantasy backdrop do actually look good enough to eat.
1 Lets Play Football Wearing Gucci?
10:24
I have just got hold of the new L'OFFICIEL Paris magazine 90th birthday issue, and it is packed with amazing photoshoots and beautiful imagery.
The one shoot I wanted to mention is by photographer Mason Poole titled '90 Minutes'.The shoot is of models dressed in an abundance of flowing silks, furs and patent leathers... playing football! Each model is wearing knee high coloured football socks to match their dresses by designers such as Lanvin, Gucci and Prada. I think this shoot is fun and its really refreshing to see some fashion photography that's a bit different.

0 Carnovsky Print Please
15:36
I came across an Italian studio called Carnovsky made up of Francesco Rugi and Silvia Quintanilla.
At first I just loved the colours and imagery. The more I read about the work the more I realised how interesting it was. This insulation and work is called RGB and it is very clever.
RGB designs create surfaces that mutate and interact with each other.
Basically the technique is three sets of imagery in primary colours all overlapping and intertwining with each other... resulting in what looks like a colourful mess!
I think I might take the basis of this idea of using three primary colours to create more colours and use it for a silk scarf print!
0 Aveda Collaboration
10:43
I am really happy to be doing a small collaboration with Aveda.
Every April Aveda dedicate this month and call it Earth Month. 'During the month of April, the Aveda network works together to raise funds for grassroots organisations that protect biodiversity and address environmental issues around the world. The Earth Month campaign focuses on a specified environmental topic each year, helping to raise awareness around the issue, cultivate and educate supporters, and contribute funds to dedicated non-profit conservation organisations' This really is a great cause, to read more about it take a look at the website.... http://www.aveda.co.uk/earthmonth/
I have donated a Russian doll silk scarf to help raise money for Earth Month which is displayed on the Aveda counter. I am hoping we raise lots of money and raise awareness of this brilliant cause!
